Return Period:
You can request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
• If you received a damaged or defective product.
• If you received a product different from your order.
Provided that the product:
• Has not been opened or used.
• Is in its original condition with all packaging intact.
Note: Due to the nature of perfumes, we are unable to accept returns if the product has been opened or used.

Kindly provide your order number, a description of the issue, and attach photos if possible.

Product Pickup for Returns:
For your convenience, we will arrange for a courier from our side to pick up the returned product from the same delivery address.
• If the error was from our side, we will cover all return shipping costs.
• In other cases, we will share the details of the pickup service fee with you before confirming the return request.

Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you after coordinating with you to arrange the delivery.
